Master Project List
— Work Drop

They ran dozens of jobs from one spreadsheet and a pile of text messages. We built them something better.

If you're still chasing job status by text — this is for you.

The problem

Status lived in phones.
Jobs sat in a spreadsheet. Updates lived in texts and email. When something slipped, the office had to call around to find out what was actually true.

Nobody could see all the jobs at once.
Trouble showed up when a client called — not when there was still time to fix it.

Big software was too much.
The heavy construction platforms were available. This team didn't need months of setup. They needed the daily work under control.

The insight

They didn't need another platform to learn.
They needed one clear list — who owns what, what's due, and which jobs need attention — that the field and the office both use.

What we built

Master Project List (MPL) — a simple web app for their jobs and tasks.

  • Field people open a phone and see what to do next.
  • The office sees every job, what's overdue, and who's buried.
  • One list. No chasing texts. No rebuilding the spreadsheet every Monday.

What changed: The field and the office work from the same list. Management can spot a problem without opening twelve tabs or sending five texts.
